Account Deletion Request - RED HUBIOC
In accordance with Google Play Store policy requirements, this page details the process for requesting the deletion of your account and associated data from our platform and the RED HUBIOC mobile application.
How to Request Deletion
To initiate your account deletion, please follow these steps:

Use the following subject line for your email:
"Account Deletion Request - RED HUBIOC" -
In the body of the email, please include the following information to verify your identity:
- Username: (The username you use to log in)
- Email Address: (The email associated with your account)
Once we receive your request, we will process it and send a confirmation to your email within 7 business days.
What Data is Deleted?
Upon processing your request, the following personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems:
- Your user profile (username, email address, first and last name).
- Your course progress, grades, and certificates (if applicable).
- Any content you have generated, such as lesson comments or forum posts (if applicable).
- Any other personally identifiable data linked directly to your profile.
What Data is Retained?
We may need to retain certain anonymous or aggregated information. Additionally, we may retain specific data (such as transaction or purchase records) for a limited period if strictly necessary to comply with our legal or tax obligations.
This retained data will be kept secure, isolated from your deleted profile, and will not be used for any other purpose.
